Friday, September 19 Military and Overseas Absentee Voting begins*
Monday, September 29, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Meet the Candidates event at Tuscarawas County Public Library, 121 Fair Ave in New Philadelphia. Candidates running for New Philadelphia Board of Education have been invited, as well as representatives from the library and school district to speak about levies, as well as a representative from the Ohio Department of Commerce - Liquor Control Division to talk about beer and wine sales issues.

Tuesday, October 7 Absentee Voting by Mail begins (Ends November 3, postmark deadline)*
Tuesday, October 7 First day of early voting at the new Tuscarawas County Board of Elections, 933 E High Ave, New Philadelphia, OH 44663*
Tuesday, October 7, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Meet the Candidates event at Dover Public Library, 525 N Walnut Street. Candidates running for Dover Board of Education and Dover City Council have been invited, as well as representatives from the City of Dover and Dover Township to talk about their property tax issues.
Tuesday, October 28 Absentee ballot applications must be received by your board of elections by 8:30 p.m.*
Monday, November 3 Mailed absentee ballots must be postmarked by this date.*
Tuesday, November 4 General Election: Polls are open from 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.*
Tuesday, November 4 Absentee Ballots may be returned by mail or personally delivered to your county board of elections. If not returned by mail, absentee ballots must be received by your board of elections by 7:30 p.m.*
Saturday, November 8 Last day for boards of elections to receive non-UOCAVA absentee ballots (returned by U.S. mail) that have been postmarked on or before November 3. UOCAVA absentee ballots must be received (by mail) by boards of elections by this date to be counted.*
