The League of Women Voters of Tuscarawas County invited the public to learn more about what a Court-Appointed Special Advocate is and how to become one. 

Jennifer Schandel, of the newly-created CASA of Tuscarawas & Harrison Counties, gave an overview of the program.

The League of Women Voters of Tuscarawas County invited all voters registered in the City of Dover to meet the candidates they would be casting ballots for in the May 2 primary election. 

The event was conducted in the style of speed dating, as each participating candidate was given a table to sit at and had a brief period of time to introduce themselves to a small group of voters

LWV Tusc sponsored an informational meeting to spread awareness about the services provided by our county's only homeless shelter, as well as its current challenges and opportunities for growth. Members of the FOTH Board of Directors also shared insights and anecdotes from the shelter as well.
